I'm a children's writer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a special interest in nature and gardening.  My first children's picture book, Cathy's Animal Garden: Enter at Your Own Risk, was released in 2010.  My other children's work includes magazine stories in Highlights for Children and Sweet 16.  I've also written multiple serial stories (including the popular Robyn Reports series) for the Newspaper Association of America.

As a certified Master Gardener with the
UW-Extension, I enjoy tailoring my children's programs to include gardening activities that allow participants to "get their hands dirty."  From raising butterflies to creating an animal garden, I love helping kids get excited about nature and their environment.
